Shipping & Returns


When you receive your order if it is noticed that the packaging is damaged and you suspect that the item itself could be damaged please refuse to except the delivery on the grounds it is damaged we will then resend a new item and raise a claim with the courier company used

We will ship items where possible the same day Monday -Friday this is only for orders received before 2pm GMT
Orders received after 2pm GMT will be sent the next working day
If you order an item and it is discovered that it is out of stock we will advise you via email , you will have several options one being to wait a few days or you can request a full refund , This will be done with out hesitation on our part but please note credit card refunds can take time ?
Once the order is processed and sent you should receive the order next working day (spain mainland only)
Orders will only be considered lost after 15 days have passed from the date the order was sent
international shipments may incur addition charges from customs in your country (except EU) , customs can also open your shipment for inspection and the customs process can cause delays ,
we accept no responsibility for any delays , charges or losses as a result of customs actions
If you are outside of the EU we advise you to check with your local customs office with regards to charges and or any import restrictions or taxes prior to making any order


We have a strict returns policy so please read
Any issues must first be dealt with using the support ticket in your account area and allow us to try and resolve any issues

some items are covered by a 30 day money back  if your not happy for any reason ( this will be stated in item description) but the goods must be returned and tested prior to any refund and the postage paid by client
Faulty items are subject to replacement  without question providing the item is undamaged and  unmarked and less  than 1 year old from date of purchase how ever on any item that is returned described as faulty it  will be subject to technical test and inspection  and  if it is found to be in perfect working order or faulty as a a result of neglect or miss use  the customer will will be subject to a  charge of £25 plus the cost of return shipping  to the customer to be paid before the item is returned to the customer
When returning goods the customer will pay the shipping costs to our designated returns address

The returns procedure is as follows
1. contact us for support  if the issue can not be resolved step 2
2. Fill in the form below to request return instructions and RMA number
3. Return the item (S) to our designated returns address sent via email
4. Allow time for us to receive the item (S) and test ( normally 7-10 working days )
